Burrow is seeking a Performance Marketing Associate to join our powerful Growth Marketing team. We are expanding product lines and evolving from a digitally-native living room company to an omni-channel wall-to-wall home furnishings brand. We are building our mission: making it radically easier to settle in. A critical focus of fulfilling our vision is rapidly testing and learning and then scaling paid performance channels for new products, while continuing to optimize and efficiently grow the core business which has been key to our success. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, the Performance Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in advancing our growth marketing strategy and delivering critical company metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Own a core channel: Lead the strategic scaling and optimization of Google Search and Shopping, while efficiently and effectively managing a $10M+ budget to exceed our performance targets
  • Assist Core Channel Optimizations: Support the strategic management and enhancement of existing core channels such as Meta, Pinterest, and Connected TV, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and maximizing ROI within allocated budgets
  • Analyze and optimize: Guide the analysis and optimization of digital marketing channels across our portfolio, including creative testing, landing page optimization, targeting, and bid strategy optimization
  • Grow new initiatives: Develop and roll-out strategy for new product launches and international marketing initiatives
  • Own product feeds: Own the maintenance and optimization of our digital product catalog for use across all major platforms and partners
  • Generate reports: Build and maintain weekly granular performance reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with digital product, engineering and creative teams to drive innovation

Job requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in data-driven, consumer-focused performance marketing with experience in multiple digital acquisition including Facebook & Instagram and Google Search & Shopping
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to analyze and build decisions from large data sets
  • Proven track record of setting and hitting key growth targets (CPA, CAC, ROI, LTV, etc.)
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing to key business metrics
  • Ability to set priorities, think critically and make important decisions
  • Strong communication skills – not afraid to ask questions, challenge the status quo and confidently deliver findings to internal team members and key stakeholders

You in a Nutshell

  • Cross-functional communicator and collaborator
  • Scrappy, action-oriented executioner guided by strategic vision and perception
  • Uncompromisingly detail-oriented and thorough
  • An agile, adaptive team player that feels equally comfortable leading or contributing / supporting
  • Appreciates the scale of our mission, and understands that taking on the archaic but massive furniture industry requires an equally high amount of brain force and brute force
  • Wants to make an immediate and lasting impact at an early stage, fast growing brand, and is ready to dedicate their time, energy, and experience to it
  • Passionate champion of the customer: understands the risks of confirmation bias, and will advocate for a customer that may or may not think or act the way that you/we do
  • Alignment with our core values: Customer Experience, Collaboration, Innovation

Why Burrow?

  • A hybrid office policy – office inclusive of snacks, happy hours, and pets!
  • Comprehensive health insurance with generous employer contributions
